Description
The Opera Ultimate profiling mattress has been designed for users with a high/very high risk of developing a pressure sore. It is constructed from high-density foam which provides comfort as well as essential pressure relief.The Ultimate is constructed from a U-shape foam core with a castellated premium foam centre and a high density foam base and edging. The foam edging provodes a firm, supportive surface that eases transfers on and off the mattress.
The wipe-clean cover is impregnated with antimicrobial agents ensuring its resistence to bacterial and fungal growth. The 10,000ppm chlorine resistance will resist damage even where chlorine builds up through multiple cleaning cycles. The cover is vapour-permeable to allow for better microclimate control, thereby reducing moisture presence.
The mattress has an audit box printed on the cover to assist care operators in carrying out the recommended annual audits. White substrate material on the inside of the cover helps to identify any moisture breaches.
This medium/firm mattress is available in single, wide single and small double sizes.
