Description
The Stabilo Multiseat comprises an aluminium frame, Stabilo Base Velcro, Stabilo Comfortable Plus Velcro (modified for the Multiseat), Stabilo Headrest Velcro, and set of straps (for mounting and carrying). Ideal for use as a fully crash tested car seat, in buggies and wheelchairs as well as many custom applications.
The metal construction of the Multiseat enhances the rigidity of the vacuum posture cushions while the soft plate enables the frame to be bent as needed. Additional straps can be attached to the frame.
The Stabilo stablising system works using vacuum preserving of a modelled shape. A special pump helps to deflate the cushion, allowing it to harden into the required shape. The shape and hardness can be changed very easily. A hand pump is included with this seat.
The Multiseat has a number of additional options available:
- Wedge-shaped platform for tilt
- Four-point thoracic harness
- Stabilo Shorts for positioning the pelvis and leg abduction
